个人简介

尹军良,男,博士,中共党员,1985年生。现为澳门新浦新京副教授、博士研究生导师、植保系副系主任。获湖北省科学技术进步奖二等奖(2/15,2023)、中国植物保护学会科学技术奖二等奖(2/15,2022)、全国农牧渔业丰收奖二等奖(6/25,2022)、中国产学研合作创新与促进奖二等奖(7/10,2023)、第四届中国技术市场协会三农科技服务金桥奖一等奖(6/10,2023)、湖北省2021-2023年度优秀科技论文(通讯作者)。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、湖北省重点研发项目等各类科研项目17项,获批科研经费200.2万,其中纵向经费193万。授权国家发明专利3项。作为副主编参与出版专著1部。已发表科研论文100余篇,以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文59篇(含同等贡献和共同通讯),其中SCI论文44篇,ESI1%高被引论文4篇,1区论文8篇,224篇,39篇,累计影响因子179.146,累计它引次数超过2100次,H指数25。学术能力得到国内外同行认可,目前担任十余个权威杂志审稿人,其中1Top期刊5个,其它1区和2区期刊8,累计审稿200余篇。主要围绕作物逆境生物学过程开展研究,借助生物信息学分析手段和分子生物学研究方法,开展:(1)作物抗病和抗逆基因资源挖掘以及抗逆分子调控机制解析,(2)病原菌致病关键基因挖掘和作用机理研究。曾获荣誉:优秀共产党员(2019、2021、2022、2023);澳门新浦新京“一束光学工奖”优秀班主任(2023);澳门新浦新京优秀研究生导师(2023);校级优秀硕士学位论文导师(2022、2023);校级优秀学士学位论文导师(2023);校级优秀班主任(2022);年终考核优秀(2020、2022);教学质量优秀奖(2020、2023);青年教师教学水平认证优秀(2020)。ResearchGate个人主页:https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Jun-Liang-Yin/research。

研究方向

生物信息学:围绕作物逆境生物学过程开展生物信息学研究,包括:(1)小麦、马铃薯、番茄、黄瓜、水稻等作物在生物和非生物胁迫下,组织中mRNA、lincRNA、miRNAcircRNA的鉴定、表达模式分析及功能注释,为候选基因挑选和作用机理研究奠定坚实基。唬2)小麦白粉菌、小麦散黑粉菌、链格孢菌及辣椒疫霉菌的三代全基因组测序工作。

植物-病原互作:小麦抗条锈病相关基因功能研究;马铃薯-晚疫病互作过程中circRNA的鉴定和功能研究;小麦白粉菌效应因子功能研究;小麦disease mimic相关基因功能研究。

非生物胁迫相关:硅缓解黄瓜盐胁迫过程中ERF转录因子功能研究、黄瓜盐胁迫下根系和叶片circRNA鉴定及功能分析、水稻盐胁迫下根系circRNA鉴定及功能分析。

生理过程相关:番茄果实成熟过程中circRNA功能研究。
